Nazmi Güldeş is a senior businessman, entrepreneur and writer with wide-ranging experience in international health tourism, medical aesthetics, medical device innovation and the management of a global clinic chain, as well as in literature and publishing. Having completed his academic background with undergraduate specialisations in Public Administration and Health Management, in 2024 he successfully completed his training in Trichology, the science of hair and the scalp, at İstanbul Arel University, reinforcing his medical expertise at a scientific level.
Founder and CEO of Turkey Hair Center, a health tourism brand based in Istanbul, Nazmi Güldeş is at the same time the founder, co-founder and manager of a number of health institutions through his expertise in the sector. Taking an active role in the development of the surgical instruments used in the field of hair transplantation, in 2024 he founded Wiens Aesthetic and Cosmetic Clinic, a pioneering practice in medical aesthetics, taking on the role of Co-founder and General Manager. In the global market, in 2022 he founded Beyoutiful Hair Transplant in Indonesia together with Dr. Tompi and became its co-founder; in 2026 he opened up to the African market, establishing the Turkey Hair Center Nigeria clinic and becoming its Founder and CEO.
Alongside his entrepreneurial career he has a deep-rooted background in the intellectual and artistic field. Since 2006 he has written literary pieces and poetry for many national and local magazines published in Türkiye; he has carried out the roles of Managing Editor and Editor at respected publications such as Sultanşehir Dergisi and Göç Edebiyat Dergisi, which stand out in the field of city culture and literature. Reflecting his accumulated experience in culture and the arts into international diplomacy as well, Nazmi Güldeş holds the title of Culture and Tourism Envoy of the Republic of Indonesia in Türkiye.
Blending the discipline of Health Management with the science of Trichology, innovation in medical surgical instruments and experience in literary and cultural publishing, he manages projects of global scale along the Türkiye, Southeast Asia (Indonesia) and West Africa (Nigeria) line.
